Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

Fees and Payments:
The client agrees to the fees specified in the contract. Payment terms and methods will be detailed in the agreement. Growify Digital reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property, including content, designs, and strategies developed during the course of providing services, will be owned by Growify Digital LLP until full payment is received.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information obtained during the provision of services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. Upon termination, the client is responsible for outstanding fees for services rendered.

Limitation of Liability:
Growify Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Indemnification:
The client agres to indemnify and hold Growify Digital LLP Services harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the client's use of our services.

Changes to Terms:
Growify Digital LLP the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi/NCR. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
