• Facial Recognition & Visit Data: Facial images or biometric identifiers (collected through LOOKIFY’s in-store camera sensors) are used solely for customer identification and personalization within the store.
  

• Personal Information: Name, phone number, email ID, purchase history, preferred sizes, or related customer details provided voluntarily by the user or store staff.
  

• Device & Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, device ID, and interaction logs when accessing LOOKIFY’s website or web dashboard.
  

• Payment Information (for SaaS subscriptions): Payment card or UPI details collected securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). LOOKIFY does not store or process card details directly.

• Improve LOOKIFY’s algorithms and customer experience.

We do not sell or rent personal data.
Information may be shared only with:

• Payment gateways (for processing authorized payments)
  

• Store partners using LOOKIFY for customer management

6. Data Retention

Facial and personal data are retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or until the user requests deletion.
Upon request, all customer data can be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 working days.
