We’re now looking for a sharp, driven, and growth-oriented Business Development Associate to join our New Delhi team and play a key role in acquiring, engaging, and delighting clients.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll support and execute the agency’s client acquisition strategy, help nurture potential leads, and play a pivotal role in expanding our fashion and lifestyle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial calling and qualification of leads
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, audits and commercial documents
Manage end-to-end sales backend operations including contracts, documentation and onboarding
Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to structure client solutions
Maintain CRM, track leads and manage sales reporting and follow-ups
Coordinate with clients post-closure to ensure smooth handover and execution kickoff
Support revenue growth initiatives and optimize sales processes

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (internships welcome!)
Passion for e-commerce, especially in the fashion or luxury space
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn is a plus
