Meet the Founders

Growify Digital was founded by Disha and Rishab in 2019 with a clear vision: to help India’s fashion and luxury brands scale through stronger digital infrastructure, strategy, and growth. Combining creativity with performance, they built Growify to bridge the gap between great brands and meaningful online growth. 

Disha Bhatnagar

Co-Founder

Starting her career at 17, Disha has built 15+ apps and platforms across multiple countries. She holds a BA from Kamla Nehru College, Delhi University. At Growify, she leads operations, creative output, and sales - driving the agency's day-to-day performance for every brand it manages. Her approach to the luxury and fashion market is rooted in one conviction: that selling a luxury product is fundamentally different from selling any other product online. It requires understanding what the buyer is actually purchasing, which is rarely just the object itself. This belief shapes how Growify builds creative, structures campaigns, and trains the client-facing teams she oversees.

Rishab Mehra

Co-Founder

Educated at USC Marshall School of Business, Rishab built tech startups (Skippo, Musejam) before co-founding Growify. His entry into the fashion and luxury space was deliberate. He saw a segment where the product quality and brand identity were already strong, but the commercial infrastructure to sell at scale online was missing. At the agency, he leads growth strategy; with a focus on building systems that compound over time. His approach is grounded in systems thinking: how channels compound, how technology reduces friction, and how campaigns are built to perform beyond a single sale cycle.
