BD – Associate
We’re looking for a BD Associate to support our business development and sales operations end-to-end. This role involves lead qualification, coordinating proposals and commercials, managing contracts and onboarding, and ensuring a smooth handover to internal teams post-closure.
You’ll work closely with marketing, strategy, and client servicing teams to structure solutions, maintain CRM records, track leads, and support revenue growth initiatives. This is a great role for someone who enjoys coordination, client interaction, and keeping the sales engine running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations, preferably within marketing agencies, fashion, or retail. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills are a must, along with comfort handling proposals and multiple timelines.
